Gaia Jae

A nutrition coach, herbalist, crystal worker, Reiki practitioner and certified Yoga Teacher & meditation guide, Gaia Jae aims to help others find their inner strength and purpose.

From a young age Gaia Jae has used meditation and crystals to help find emotional healing and spiritual connection. As an adult her journey led her to backpack the world, spending extensive time in the spiritual centers of China, Israel, Tibet & the American Southwest.

In 2015, Gaia Jae spent six months hiking the 2,200 mile-long Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. During her time in the wilderness, she reconnected with her childhood love of nature and found within herself a source of inner strength. Upon returning to New York City, she started Urban Gaia to help others connect in the same way.

Gaia Jae is certified in Nutrition & Healthy Living by Cornell University. She studied the Science & Art of Herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar. She is a certified yoga teacher who completed her RYT-200 with YogaFarm Ithaca. In addition, she holds multiple other certifications as a Reiki practitioner and crystal worker.
